Obenewaa Yeboah joined RCCU in the year 2009 as a reliver for the then teller who was on a one month leave. Due to her dedication, commitment and hard work with a positive attitude, she was appointed as an Account’s Officer after the resumption of the teller and attached to the then Credit officer due to her accounting background. Her passion for the job grew over the years and was given a bigger portfolio to handle when the Ejisu Branch was opened in the year 2012 of which she played a very instrumental role in getting RCCU’s first branch at Ejisu

She was the Branch Manager from 2012 – 2017 and rose to the position of Head of Credit from 2017 – 2023. Due to her hard work and dedication, she now holds the position of Head of Operations & Credit from 2024 -date supervising seven branches. She holds an HND in Accounting, BSC in Accounting and MBA in Finance. She is also a DE member and a previous participant in Women’s Mentorship Programme organized by the Canadian Credit Union.

Her experience and contributions have helped RCCU especially at the credit department and is looking forward in achieving more as a person and for RCCU. .
