Ruth Nana Sarpong is the Risk and compliance Manager (Head Office) of Ramseyer Credit Union. She is responsible for developing and implementing risk management framework, policies ensuring that the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations and internal controls.

Ruth holds a Masters degree in Business Consulting and Enterprise Risk Management and a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance (Hons) from Christian Service University College. Ruth has a certificate as an African Development Educator (ADE) of the African Confederation of Co-operative Savings and Credit Associations (ACCOSCA) in February 2021.

Ruth has more than 14 years’ experience in the credit union industry, She has worked with Ramseyer Credit Union since 2010 and has worked in various capacities through which her verve has propelled her to her current position and also as part of the management team. Prior to joining RCCU. in 2010, Ruth had worked with some multi-nationals like JOWAK Ghana Ltd. where she rose to become a Supervisor – a middle management staff. .
